    I haven't lost but 31 lbs.... and for the past 3 months have been at an almost standstill w/ my weight... but during those 3 months I've lost over 12 inches... but have increased my exercising alot more.... :)

    Wow! Your AFTER photo looks like you lost WAY MORE than 36 pounds (based on your HW / SW / CW).

    Amazing! You just joined MyFitnessPal in June, so does that mean that you lost 60 pounds in just 4 months? That is really dedicated! I wish I could lose weight that fast. Thank you for sharing!!

    These are more "before and during" pictures, I'm not an after yet!
    The first photo was NYE 2008 - just about to graduate college and was over 300 lbs.
    The 2nd picture is Valentine's Day this year, around 210 lbs. I'm currently up just a few lbs due to a few lousy months of illness and injury, but my pants still fit, so I'm trying not to stress about it and just get back on track!
