I just received the DVD, I'm new to yoga so i'm not sure how i'll do with this workout but i'm willing to give it a try. I'm going to start Sunday morning before football begins and takes over my day :)

I stopped shaving about 14 years ago, i trim my beard about once a month. Some family and colleagues may protest early on when you stop shaving, but after a while they get used to it and won't complain. Experiment and go a few months without shaving, keep the beard trimmed and see how it goes.
