I was able to slide right into my business suit this morning! I loved this suit before I quit smoking and gained 30+ pounds! I don't think I've ever been a successful non-smoker and been at this weight. Yay!

Try the steel cut oats, the texture is way better than the mushy flakes. I add a scoop of chocolate protein powder instead of milk and sugar, it's awesome!

Sounds good! I make strawberry crepes - protein powder and egg whites :) they are yummy!!! And can be stuffed with anything or just rolled and eaten plain :)

I drink all my water through a straw - I keep them in my office, my car and my kitchen :) I can slurp down a 500ml of water in two or three long sips. If I want a little zip, I add a slice of lemon or lime, sometimes both if I'm feeling adventurous ;)
