Taken Off of Bodybuilding.com's Website- VANILLA CREPES!
I wish I could set-claim this awesome recipe, but alas, it is off of bodybuilding.com
I used the BSN Lean Dessert vanilla protein powder for this. I have all sorts of protein powders, 'cos I am obsessed. Anyway, here it is, easiest and fastest recipe EVER.
Whip TWO (2) EGG WHITES and HALF (1/2) A SCOOP OF VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER (though, I imagine you can play around with flavors if you'd like). Mix it up as smoothly as you can, shouldn't take more than a minute. There might still be some tiny lumps, but whatever, you'll survive. pour it into a small non-stick (or sprayed with non stick) skillet over medium heat, as you would a pancake. In fact, it will look more like a pancake than a crepe. Flip it over when the edges start to bubble (again, won't take very long). Let it finish up (again, won't take long, like a minute tops.)
Put a table spoon of Earth Balance Crunchy Peanut Butter on it and fold it in half. Eat the crap out of it. Then tell all your friends and the whole internet about it.
IT'S AMAZE BALLS!

I can very much believe the vanilla ones are yummy. Banana, however, just doesn't make the grade *pushes plate to side*0

I tried this today and sadly did not find them amazing at all. Maybe it's the kind of protein powder I have, but it tasted so gross to me. xD I'm sorry. Glad that you and others like it though!0
