I've been sick the past 3 days and haven't been able to walk! I can't wait to get back into it, I'm addicted!!

I was able to do 6 miles today! Did 4 this morning and then another 2 this evening! :)

Day 3 - 4 miles! :) 12 down, 28 to go! I may have to up my goal if I keep this up :)

I'd love to join as well! Did 3 miles yesterday and 5 today! I'm going to aim for 40, but hopefully I'll surpass that! :) 8 down, 32 to go!

Awesome, thanks very much!! I was able to do 3 miles today, hurray! I had been doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred, but I have back problems and that has re-triggered some of my problems, I'm now sticking with Walking :) I think I was able to build up some more endurance from doing the 30 day shred :)

I just found this topic today! Too bad it's almost the end of October! Oh well, I plan to keep it up after October too! Just have a question, how are you logging the walk on your exercise? Would you just log it as walking, brisk for __ minutes? I'd appreciate finding out how you all do it! Thanks and good luck to all! :)
