  • Fresh meat here! I just got out of the 200s today, so I guess I'll be hanging out in this group for a while.
  • I drink lots of coffee, and every cup includes 1oz of half 'n half and a packet of Splenda. I figured out the calories involved in my average daily intake, and it's just a standard item in my food log now.
