I am going to try and give up adding extra salt to food. I will still use it to cook but not add extra. I will often add salt before I even taste food.

Can't eat cake and ice cream together or pie and ice cream. When I eat an O'Henry I eat the outside first. Only use a small spoon for soup, cereal etc.
