Way to go girl! Love the little purple shirt! A mistake I see a lot of people do is continue to wear the same baggy clothes even after they lost a lot of weight. Give my hubby grief about that. He lifts weight and has gotten quite muscular. He would still wear those baggy t shirts! Dude! Show off what you have worked for!

I just lost 20 lbs. I am 5'7" and weigh 129. Seems like a good number to me. But my thighs are still bigger. They have gotten smaller but are still bigger in proportion to the rest of me. I've struggled with it since I was a teen. I don't think I necessarily need to lose more weight. I'm coming to terms with the fact that…

Welcome to the group!! I'm Nikki. I am in your exact same boat. I just reached my goal weight but my butt is still a mess!! I've done lots of squats and lunges but without weights. I'm watching the Olympics a lot and am going to start the Kerri Walsh butt workout I found online. Hope it works for me! You will love this…

I have to agree with that. Too much going on in life to go thru my friends list and see who is inactive. If they are, I don't see it and it doesn't bother me.

The rule of thumb I go by is to add 5 lbs for every inch you are over 5' starting at 100. For example a 5' person would be 100. 5'1" would be 105. 5'7" would be 135 and so on. 5'8" would be 140 and 5'9" would be 145 and 5'10" would be 150.

The world would be a much better place with more positive people! I am actually on maintenance now. But that still requires a lot of hard work and encouragement to not gain it back...which I have done in the past. I'll add you, too!

Hi Missy. Welcome...two months ago...lol. I'm Nikki. I live in Kansas and have been doing this for quite a while now. I've lost 17 pounds. It has come off very slowly but it has been coming off! I'm near my goal but plan to keep logging in and using the program anyway to keep myself honest and maybe...just maybe...I wont…

For home made meals you can create recipes. I use the android app and rarely get on the website. There is a recipe option at the top of the app. It lets you put in all your ingredients you are putting into a recipe. Then you can divide it into how ever many servings you want and it tells you the final nutritional info per…
