I have 3, 5 and 8....but I'll probably use 3 lbs until it gets easier (if it ever does) then go to 5lbs.

I'm 5'9 and currently 171 lbs. I was doing a search to find people my height and what their goals are. Everyone please add me!!! I have no idea what my goal weight is....so as of right now it's set for 150.

I'm 5'9. Right now, I'm between a 10 and a 12...closer to 10 though. Whoooohooo! I'd like to be a solid 6 and no bigger than an 8.

Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 is the truth!!! Hubby bought it for me tonight!!!! I'm too excited! And so far I like it better than JM's game. It has more options but JM is a beast. LOL!

I was told that I shouldn't have carbs before bedtime but lean protein or veggies are fine...but I guess it all depends on the person.....

Try setting small goals instead of one huge one. Set a goal of maybe 10lbs and then set a time frame for you to keep those 10 lbs off. Then do another 10 lbs. it'll be slower but you're more likely to keep the weight off if you go slow and steady.

Same here!
