maybe add some healthy fat like olive oil or coconut oil to lunch? high calorie but not dense so you won't notice, just mind the portion size :)

I think makeup, along with whatever else you choose to do- wear cute clothes, nail polish, whatever- is acceptable AS LONG AS YOU'RE WORKING OUT. If I see a woman doing these things just for the hell of it, or to pick up guys or whatever, then I probably will not look at her with the same respect

Weights first. Weight training is anaerobic and your body can only use the glycogen stored in muscles, not the carbs in your bloodstream. With cardio you burn the carbs currently circulating in your system and only starts to burn glycogen after 30 minutes (moderate cardio). Or so I've heard, I'm not an expert :)

It's totally possible that your feet are different sizes, even different shapes! That's why, like the others have said, it's important to get help from someone who knows their stuff when buying running shoes. Good luck!

I have/had a TERRIBLE sweet tooth but somehow Luna bars were just too sweet for me, it was the weirdest thing.. even though they only have 11g sugar. Not really advice, just sharing experience. I've tried this before twice- one day I only drank water and tea, and the second time I did it I drank both plain and lemon water. I did lose 3-4 pounds but it was only because it was the day after a binge so obviously it was water weight, as well as food weight and waste.
