I've started the insanity workouts and I'm not sure what I should put under exercise on MFP to accurately estimate what I am burning?

Hi guys! I usually subtract about 5-10 minutes of the workout for the stretching, then I log half of the remaining time as high-intensity aerobics and the other half as high-intensity/vigorous calisthenics. (That might come out to a low # but I prefer to underestimate, rather than overestimate, my calories burned hehe.) Hope that helps0

I'm having the same problem, but I usually log it as Kickboxing (Including Turbo Jam) because I'm dripping with sweat and exhausted, far more than with regular aerobics or even running.0
