^^^^^^^^^ THIS - yep I was one of those too. What I learned - my body punished me because I punished it - my brain over took what my body needed and then it said - i am going to get back at you. Finally figured it out and now I am starting to see a change after 6 weeks. Yep 6 weeks.

Tighten my HRM chest strap. Shopped in my closet and my 10's pants fit. Bought a Medium size T-shirt this weekend (never been below a large in my life even at my lowest weight - which I am not at yet). Ran 7 miles this morning, my goal for Sept 3rd and meet it 3 weeks early. Happier and smiling a lot more!

Radishes, Carrots, Green peppers, yellow zucchini, cucumbers, pumpkin, peas, cherry tomatoes and roma tomatoes, spaghetti squash and sunflowers. And of course some flowers that are not edible :smile: .

growin up we used graham crackers and made pudding (just a bit less milk when making so it gets thicker) to put inside and freeze. I bet pudding layered with that cool whip would be soooo goooood!

Agreed! I have tried making it with fat free cream cheese and splenda, etc, etc. Got a whole pie in my freezer at home that my husband bought - now that is TORTURE to a girl who loves cheesecake, but nothing can beat that.

I use Syntrax Nectar - Crystal Sky and Nectar are my favorite 1 scoop 90 cal, 0 carb, 23 g prot. I blend it with 1/2 c straw, 1/2 small banana and ice. Yummy - most mornings it keeps me full until break time. I also do a protein muffin with it that is 45 cal.
