I had RNY gastric Dec 2006. Honeymoon phase was great lot 100 lbs and then 2 years later body started bouncing up. I have 20 lbs to get back down to my goal of where I was. I would love to have more of a support system with those with gastric surgery. Add me if you like.

I have been doing the same and mine are set to 40/25/35 and it made a difference for me. cut the carbs down and increase the protein if you are working out that much you need protein for your muscles. Something I also do is cut a few days off from exercising and just eat my regular calories and it kick starts my losing…

I read your profile and you stated you had WLS 3 years ago. Then I looked at your diary and first off - your carbs are way too high. I don't know if you recall from going through the education process that we need our protein higher. Increase your veggies and then followed with fruits. Leave the processed carbs for last…

even though mfp sets our cabs/fat/protein it is just a guide. some people lose weight very well with higher carbs - I don't. So I manually changed my settings to be 35/25/40 % in my goals. also try more veggies and fruit and cut back on the processed food. also try cutting back on not eating all of your exercise calories…

I was doing the same thing and my fitness trainer reminded me that I am not disposal and not use food as reward. So I want to get myself a fitbit or heart rate monitor.

I don't know if I be able to cut into 3 and only eat 1/3....this sounds so damn yummy

cut it up and put on tinfoil and add some butter spray, salt, pepper - wrap it up and grill it for about an hour on low. good side dish to a grill out. also good to do potatoes this way too.

My son had the same sensory issues when he was younger and diagnoised as being autistic. He has come a long ways and is no longer diagnoised as being autistic but has had sensory issues. He is getting better at trying different meats and finds that mustard helps him to eat meat since he doesn't care for ketscup or bbq…

wait until she is ready. i have a friend who wants to lose about 20 lbs, but there is nothing i can do about it. she is seeing my results and is starting to ask more questions and get involved with her choices. my husband is the same way - he cares yet does improve for a day or two and then back to doing the same old. i…
