  • Clothes are certainly an option. Especially since I pretty much hate everything I own. It's all baggy and meant to hide all of my extra bits and pieces. So as I lose weight it will be nice to buy some things that in proud to wear. I think that there is nothing wrong with external motivation for weight loss. Especially…
  • Maybe you can try what you are doing with the calories with working out. Just little bit at a time.. A few crunches before you go to bed or a walk around the block when you get home. Every bit counts :)
  • Oh! I will have to try the malt vinegar. I'm really bad about using lots of ketchup so that would be a great swap
  • Thank you Slide! Great words of wisdom. I wouldn't say I'm brave as much as trying to be honest with myself of what I really look like. Putting it out there means there's nothing I can hide behind.
  • Thanks ladies! The support is appreciated! Gotta love having pregnancy bod without ever having any type of baby other than a food baby in there :D
  • Thank you PinkPixie!
  • I saw a friend in passing that I havent seen in a least a month and he sent me a message later on the said "You lost weight girl! keep it up!". I really needed that because I haven't been seeing it on the scale recently.
  • Another Coastie here! YN3 (e4), active duty, stationed in Cape May, NJ! Just hit my 5 year mark!
  • Personally, when I try to go balls to the wall with my diet and fitness I get worn out super fast and get stuck in a rut or just give up. This time I've been slow and steady with it, 1/2 to 2lb loss a week. It has made all the difference so far. I think you are doing great! Keep it up and don't give up! -Jess
  • Bionic, you are very much right about locale. That's why I'm leaning towards kayaking since there is a lot more water in NJ than there are places to hike. I wouldnt mind taking some road trips to hike though. Sl1ghtly, I will do my best to remember that
