Thank you for the advice, I know my limits with all those as I have done insanity ( not finished) I was really meaning weight machines etc. not so much things I can do at home, but things I have to do at the gym.

I guess that sounds like the best plan, going with the lower one so that I don't think I can go eat 500 more calories then I should have. It's weird that my HRM always gives me soo many. When I was doing insanity my average burn was 600-700 calories in 1 dvd. That just didn't sound right to me.

wow 6'2" my mom is 6'2 and lucky for her she's always been thin, but because I'm 5'9 and all my friends are 5'0-5'5 I always look like the giant (fat giant that is) when I'm next to them. It's hard to find fellow tall ladies these days.

I like the way you think... and I would have to agree with the lady above me, conflicting advice I get has constantly got my head in a spin. Low fat... no cut out sugar... no don't do that, cut out carbs!! seriously I'm not trying to do any of that BS anymore.. It's all just common sense, don't eat over your calorie intake…

If I could run I would definitely qualify for a chunky runner. But I have no lungs. I tried the C25k for like 2 days and wanted to die. Wow that's sad. I wish I could catch the running bug that seems to be going around to all my friends and family.
