Hey. I have been on MFP for years. Sometimes logging every day, sometimes just updating my weight every now and again. Trying to get back into it and log every day. Please feel free to add me.

I am of the same mindset and so ready for a lifestyle change. Many around me are turning to surgery and I dont want to go down that path if I can avoid it. I need to keep it simple because I am a super busy mum of 1, am studying, working, comute an hour each way and my partner is disabled. Friends requests welcome!

I've been away from mfp or as I fondly call it, Facebook for fatties because I became a chubby, tattooed mummy 9 weeks ago. I'm not tired though because I got lucky and scored a sleeper (please don't hate me). Looking for some friends too.

I am due on Feb 1st but most likely will be induced on Jan 23rd and hoping to be in the same boat... really want to breastfeed but just have to see how things go I guess. Added you but won't be regularly online till after bub is home.

Yeah i realise medical questions can't be answered and she sees a gp fortnightly and a pain specialist once a month.... was just after tips on how others have gained weight in a healthy way.

I like weekly because we don't have to deal with the scroll of death the read everything. But what's this i hear about groups? Whats worked for me this week has been bircher muesli. It tastes soooooo good and is very filling so I am not hungry at all till lunch. I've been using: 1/2 cup fruit and nut muesli 1/4 cup yoghurt (any flavor but strawberry was delish) 1/4 cup apple and mango juice Mix, cover and put in the fridge overnight or longer.…

Aussie chick here so I'm used to working in kg's. Seems so much more in pounds. Either way the extra weighr i've been caring is all going this year. Very happy with Wk1 effort if I do say so myself.
