Have you been following the diet plan everyday and drinking at least 8 glasses of water plus? The diet is 90% of weight loss! I think that your sugar intake is also too high. You should be eating less than what MFP has given you. With all of these cereals and processed food in your diet, you will not lose weight the healthy way. You may even be losing muscle mass because you are not eating enough lean protein.

Hey! You should get a heart rate monitor with a fitness watch. It will calculate calories by your weight/age/height and heart rate when you are working out. It should work to eat less more frequently. Try and eat not under 1400 calories a day if you are a woman. A great way to workout is to keep your heart guessing by increasing heart rate and slowing it down.
