Build up his self esteem as best you can, compliment him. I wouldn't push him too hard, men tend to pull away more when you do that.

Actually you would need to eat around 4-5 gets to get the same amount of protein out of one scoop of whey protein and you would consume tons more calories and fat from the eggs. 1 scoop of whey protein = (140-170 calories appr., 1.5g of fat)…

  • I was on week 3, but then got Chalean Extreme....so I combined the 2 programs together using the hybrid schedule....so now I'm on week 2 1/2 with Turbofire and Chalean.
