Good luck, you can do it. I have been off booze since jan 1st. Am doing dryathalon In aid of cancer research. Feeling much better for no booze.

I have it in knee too. I tend to go to circuit classes,,abs. Also try and do Bootcamp occasionally but step out when needed. Oh and naproxen and painkillers are a blessing in disguise ????. Going to try boxer cise as well
