I get light headed when I dont eat enough sodium. try adding some more salt! Lots of people on this site try to minimize sodium but that can harm you if you have low blood pressure.

Im usually over in fiber and protein. I think in general thats a good thing, just dont take it too far.

I have lost weight without cutting it out completely so there is a way. its just like cupcakes or cookies. Fit it into your calories ! I try to only drink on nights when I know ill be dancing, that way at least I burn some off.

I dont drink as often which has made my tolerance very low. Now after 1 or 2 drinks im good for a few hours :) Also, switch your drink choices. Tequila on ice with lime twist is my fave, and it is recommended by Jillian Michaels.

IMO its ok to have leftover calories if you earned them from exercise. Otherwise you should try to fill them up.

mine fluctuates because I calorie cycle. I am losing about 1 lb a week though, and i should be losing more based on my deficit according to MFP.

why do you think of it as punishment ? I love logging healthy things, It makes me feel good about my day. And yes, you should log everything. EVERYTHING. Just because something is healthy doesnt mean its calorie free. You should be eating it and logging it .

it depends. If you feel ok you are probably fine. If I dont eat enough sodium I get dizzy and see little stars around. Especially if i have been working out/sweating.
