  • Thanks for all the encouragement! My daughter suggested that I measure myself and I have seen inches come off the waist and hips! As far as the exercise, due to hip problems, I can not jog. I am going to try to add some swimming to my routine! Thanks again and good luck to all of you!

  • How long have you been on this? When you exercise, you build muscle. It took me a good week to see any results. I'm stuck at my present weight, but am not giving up! Keep doing what you are doing! Good luck!
  • Thanks for the encouragement everyone. I plan on seeing this through. Don't have a lot to lose, but at my age I need to get it off!
