Hello Another Beachbody fan here. Currently doing 80Day Obsession....Day 34 Cardio Core due today

Currently pregnant so I try and do 4-5 workouts. 2xyoga plus a mix of cardio and weights. Before I fell pregnant I was working out 6 times a week, a mix of cardio and weights. Usually I follow a beachbody programme like hammer and chisel, or one of The P90 series

Samsung Gear 2 for me. Got fed up of battery issues with all 5 different fitbits i tried.

I use Les Mills Combat, Hammer & Chisel and Insanity. Don't follow anyone dvd just mix and match depending on what I fancy

Sounds low to me. I'm a 5"5 lady and I eat 1600 a day!

Add healthy snacks too - peanut butter and celery, houmous, greek yogurt, cubed cheese, fruit

I have insanity, Les mills combat, hip hop abs, hammer and chisel and some Bob Harper DVDs and I mix and match whichever I feel like doing

I love my workout DVDs and am much more likely to press play in my living room than go to the gym!

I have the flex and had a rash definitely caused by wearing it too tight. Since loosening it I haven't had a problem

I love Shaun T and insanity however I just bought Les Mills Combat and that for me knocks the socks off insanity - better calorie burn and less impact on my poor ankles:)

My goals this november 1. no alcohol 2. Aiming to lose 1% body fat (only have calipers to measure so I know it wont be too accurate - Im also going to use the tape measure so hopefully a few millimetres will have dissappeared too) 3.
