I would assume they are all pretty equal. It depends on the size too, if they are all the exact same size, then it depends on how she makes them! I would assume the sugar cookie has frosting so no on that one.. maybe the snickerdoodle? No for sure way to know though, go for the smallest!

I love the pattern and the colors, and the length! I don't love the halter look, I think it is flattering on very few people, I like the look of shoulders being a little covered and a scoop neck type thing. Just my opinion :)

It does sound like you have bad knees, I wouldn't think that it is something that will go away. I would not keep it, unless you think in years it may get better and you'll want to use it. I have found that the stationary bike doesn't hurt my knee at all, even when the elliptical does. It isn't as amazing of a workout, but…

That is actually an Honest question that I have... it is "starving yourself" if you aren't hungry? I am happy to eat if I'm not hungry, I love eating.. but do I NEED to eat if ive eaten 1200 calories and am honestly no hungry?

Honestly my thought is that if you are eating 1200 total calories (NOT subtracting for exercise) then you are totally fine, don't eat 800 more! Especially if you aren't hungry.

Have you done a BMR calculator to find out what your BMR is (approx.)? You could try 1200 cal a day and see if you lose.

Hey I am a shorty... 5'!! I don't have much to lose, about 10 lbs. How many calories are you guys doing? I don't feel hungry when I do about a thousand, but I know some things say not to do less than 1200. I feel like the short-ness would make it so I could do a little less?I never never go below 900 in a day. Any thoughts?
