Awesome, Thank you, worked out to be around 1500 cal a day at 500 under my maintenance.... I know there is no excuse for running just hate it on the open roads lol, always find I stop and slow my pace down, as where on a treadmill I just seem to keep going and love interval training. What do you think are the 5 best food…

LOL My heaviest is a 25kg DB on squats It is VERY hard for women to build muscle, we can tone that **** up and make it look good but to build muscle you have to eat all the carbs and protein etc etc..... Weight training is awesome for burning fat. Just make sure you have rest days and rest in between sets and keep good…

I have no idea if I am doing it right, I want to loose about 15kg and and have put in to loose 2lb a week, goal is 1350 a day, sometimes I go over, other days I am under if I have exercised... Should I change my settings to 1lb a week?? My idea of thinking is if I eat healthy and often I only need the 1350 a day.... HELP!!!
