I would like a really defined bicep. For some reason, having some guns make you look more ripped and in shape than you might really be.

Thats exactly where my stress fracture was. I got it from running on a treadmill at an insanely high angle for too long. Definitely need to get it checked out.

any time theres swelling and bruising, you have an injury. Without an x-ray or seeing it, its hard to diagnose(not that I could anyways cause I am not a doctor) but it very well could be a stress fracture or worse. My advice is to go see your doctor and maybe get an x-ray if they deem it necessary.

Actually, there are now more Subways in the world than McDonalds. Which is surprising because there use to be 3 times as many Mickie D's and the next biggest competitor. Although, subway gets away with just being an add-on to many gas stations and other areas that wouldnt normally have a food shop.
