i tend to do that when i go out drinking....ie if i drink anything after midnight i put it on that days log, not the day i started drinkng.

Nyochum your story sounds EXACTLY like mine, minus losing 33 pounds so far. When I graduated high school in 2004 I weighed 98 lbs. Now I am 162. For my wedding 2 years ago i had gotten down to 133, but since being married I gained everything back. We are the same height too!

im 5'4" and at first it was hard. I work back a lot of what I what i eat to make sure at the end of the day I am under 1300 (im doing 1300 for now until its second nature then i'll drop to 1200. ive found eating really slow and drinking a ton of water helps

I got the Naked palette for Christmas and I love it. I mostly use MAC products and recently have fell in love with a few shades of Yves Saint Laurent lipstick that I can not find a duplicate shade of it in any other brand. But I can't bring myself to shed out $35 for a tube of lipstick.

Yea I try to gauge the portions as well as I can. For example last nights dinner was easy because it only served four and since it was Cajun chicken nuggets I could easily count out 4 servings. Tonight I am making a soup that serves 8, so that may be a liitle more difficult to measure out unless I get out 8 bowls and fill…
