It felt great to run 4.07 miles yesterday!!! Yay!! Too bad we got about 5 inches of snow last night and the wind is bone chilling!!! Hello Planet Fitness......

I will set my January goal for 64 miles. 4 miles/4x per week. I haven't run in several months. I might do more if I feel I'm up to it :) I signed up for the Indy Mini Marathon yesterday. Its in May so I'm looking forward to my training.

You can also add me if you would like. 4 months ago my cholesterol was 225. Last week I had it rechecked (after much more exercise, but not necessarily losing any weight) and it is down to 210. Not great, but the boost I needed to see that I CAN do it!
