I was shocked to find out the yogurt I was feeding my kids had 29g of sugar for 6 oz (that's over 7 teaspoons). Now they have plain yogurt, with fruit, flax seed meal and stevia . O and no food die that way ether. Best part is they like it.

Depends what they are like. If they are sexy (which I very much doubt - nobody has sexy fat clothes) then get them altered. Otherwise, toss. Or, better yet, ritually burn - very satisfying! How sad what a waste, there are many people in need. Just give them away.

I'm 27 and have 4 kids. I have fell off the wagon and need to get back on. I am on a gluten free lactose free diet and breast feeding my littlest. I really need to get back down to a heathy weight I want to be around to see my kids grow up.
