Hey Laura, my day was great! My students were little angels, I still have 480 calories to eat , and it's date night for my husband and I. I haven't worked out yet today, but I'm hoping I make good eating choices tonight during date night. I'm thinking dinner in and a movie. Any suggestions for dinner?

Have you ever tried the 10 minute solution DVD? It's about 5, 10 minute workouts and you can feel the burn. I do the scuplt and body ball DVD's. I calculate it as a JAzzercize workout, you atleast burn 50 calories doing the 10 minutes. Try that girl, atleast on Wednesdays.

do you eat all of your work out calories?

I remember when I started my calories were I think 1260, then the numbers changed for some strange reason. I lost 6 pounds in my first 2 weeks. I ate only a few of my work out calories and I wasn't hungry at all. Do you think that 1260 really makes a big difference. What does MFP tell you to eat?

This question is for all those people who have lost alot of weight. If your MFP says to eat 1200-1400 calories, are you all just making sure you eat the required calories or are you actually eating your work out calories too?:huh:

Oh, I forgot to mention that I went to 3 spin classes this week. WE're on spring break so I thought I'd take advantage of the free time. One of my goals was to get into a size 14 without looking at a 16. Well today I went to TArget to buy some khaki pants for work and GUESS WHAT? THE 16 was too big. I WAS SO HAPPY. I tried on both and to my surprise the 14 was perfect with a little room in the back and in the crouch area. SIZE 12 here I come!
