welcome Kimberly, I have been gone for awhile now, and just now coming back. I got discouraged and went back to eating the old way. I haven't gained any back but haven't lost any either. so come on.. lets get the 50 + off. Denise

Hi there, welcome to mfp, I am not really long on here myself. It does help to have someone or something to look at when your trying to hang on by yourself. I get discouraged and then I sit and read posts. blogs, etc. and gets me fired up again. So come on lets lose weight and be healthy. Denise

I thank you for being honest, I feel this way alot. but don't quit. as someone else said, it is not really what you eat, but HOW MUCH AND WHEN YOU EAT IT...I will be praying for you and your food situation.
