  • I'm 1364 but I eat 1400 to round off and make it easier lol. This number is based on my TDEE-20%. It's weird to suddenly go from 1200-1400 and be allowed to lol I def feel more satisfied!
  • I dont know if anyone has actually started doing these yet...but day 1 kicked my sorry *kitten*, my entire body was killing me the day after. yesterday was day 2 and felt amazing, i DEF think ill see some serious results with this! love the strength training with her and i dont miss any of the jumping crap from 30ds!

  • I am finishing tomorrow! Finally my last day! And I did take breaks in between-rest days as needed at least one a week, sometimes 2. They say it's important to have rest days in between and that your results are usually better!

  • Ok, so can I just ask-that means you eat all your exercise calories thay myfitnesspal gives u? Thats what I have been doing. I dont log when I run/jog on the treadmill, only when I do my workout dvds and that is an estimate I know.
  • I skipped week 1-3 since I'm pretty active and been running on the treadmill as is. Anyway I started week 4 day one yesterday and I actually liked it!
