Just an FYI- I finished the alpha stage with a 1lb loss, however! Eveeryone around me has said I look like I have lost a lot of weight etc.! And I bought a couple pairs or jeans a size down so I should have measured. If you dont see success on the scale. youll see it in your clothes and your friends will too, so dont give…

Today is my last day of alpha! Thank God! It was good but I am ready for a change and need a small break lol. I am taking next week off and then starting beta the following monday. I lost only one lb doing this, while watching what I ate except for saturdays, but I feel a whole lot better, so trying not to focus on the…

I started it yesterday and it kicked my butt! Cant wait to see what this program brings! Have just about 10 lbs to lose to get to goal weight! Hope this breaks the plateau!
-
I am doing the same as you. Dont worry about the red because you are focusing on having as much protein as you can. So just ignore it.
-
^^^This! Any Jackie Warner dvds are good, no jumping nonsense-all weight based!
-
I do it 3 days a week, I've wanted to do it more but they highly suggest that u stick to the plan to keep urself from injuring urself and to give ur body a rest on days in between
-
Np. I just changed from the 30ds a couple weeks ago to doin jackie warners workouts which are strictly with weights and I am working myself up to be able to use heavier ones..and I am also doing the c25k on opposite days now, at the end of week 6. So I def changed up my workout..

I am NOT pregnant! Seriously, am NOT and this wouldnt be a good thing right now considering Im getting married in 4 months, not funny. lilcassers-I am going to try cutting down on that stuff, its hard because I enjoy it and am used to having it but I know I have to give some things up...people say a calorie is a calorie…

Thanks everyone!! -I know normally it is not done correctly but I also work in a women's ctr with lots of docs and have been tested and all is negative. my migraines seem to be hormonal.. -I guess I will try changing my diet up and eat less carbs and maybe cut sweets out altogether...and or maybe just have them on the…

Thanks everyone for the input. I've been at this for 2 months now-so about 8 weeks...thats why I feel like I should have seen something by now! No, I dont have any thyroid conditions or any medical conditions...I actually just had my coworker scan to check thryoid and make sure there is no child growing in there lol and…

I think I am messing up with talking about my tdee. I really just try to eat -500 what my fitbit says. I dont eat exercise calories, I log them as 1 if it has anything to do with walking running etc. My dvds are the only thing I log-maybe Ill stop logging that altogether too.
-
So are you saying I should go back to the original 1200 calorie diet I was on before? I lost 10 there and stalled out which is why I started this. However, now total I have lost maybe 4-5 instead of 10 previously.
-
I track my exercise calories through my fitbit EXCEPT when I do my dvds. I am currently doing jackie warner dvds which are all w weights. I am eating at BMR really, I tried the TDEE-20% youll see if you look back in weeks and it wasnt doing anything, I get my TDEE from my fitbit and it seems to be that minus 500 calories…

Sorry, it is open now. I am 5'2 1/2 in. current weight as of this morning is 144, starting weight in may was 141 ( due to a bad week of eating junk) but other than that I was at a steady 138. My goal weight is 130
-
Sorry, I thought it was open to everyone-I opened it. I am 5'2 1/2in currently 144.1 as of this morning. As of may 8th 141 and before that a steady 138.
-
Initially, I lost a few inches from the 30 ds, nothing drastic though, but it seems like they are all back to where they were originally! Btw, I drink TONS of water I just dont log it on here, but I drink like 64oz water a day.
-
Yes, I weigh and measure everything! I log everything as well. Even on cheat days which is saturday. I lost when I was doin 1200 calories...this makes me wanna go back to eating so little even though I was frigen hungry all the time but it worked! I was trying to lost the last 10 which is why I increased cals and started…

I was eating 1200c for over a year and this is the highest weight I have been in a long time. I am also on the pill continuously as of may so if I cant be pregnant. Its been 2 months now-over 8 weeks, I heard it takes about 6 weeks to see results from increasing cals, but why is my weight still going up!? err.
-
So happy to see this! I increased my calories and started working out 6 days/week 30 mins per day and have managed to gain 5 lbs since may 8th! frustrating-hope it comes off soon!
-
um are you serious?? lol. OF COURSE!! its noticeable! great job! huge difference, u look great! :flowerforyou:
-
very true...thanks!! :O)
-
Ok, great-thanks for all the feedback everyone! I am going to give it a try, this has been the first week at it, just curious how others made out is all. Do any of you think I should be really eating at TDEE- 10 to 15%?? It just seems like so much food and makes me nervous because I didnt get here by eating less, I got…
-
The BMR that you got, did you get it from like scoobys workshop or did you get it from your flex TDEE-20% numbers? I have 10 to lose...ppl say the cut should be 10-15% but I cant see myself eating that much and actually losing, sounds crazy!
-
No, Im not being mean, Im sorry if it came out that way!! I'm saying I really AM glad it worked for you, but you havent experimented with the fitbit much you said..how much did it underestimate your TDEE?
-
hmm...thats interesting. Im glad your body mediafit works but I wanna know how accurate the fitbit is lol. The only thing I do that the fitbit can't track are my workout dvds with weights which I log as circuit training.
-
Yes, it makes sense. Have you lost any weight just following your fitbit? I'm skeptical so I'm curious to see how others are doing.
-
bump. Ive been doing this for about a month and have actually put 2 lbs on...Trying to be patient though since everyone says it takes time for your body to adjust. fingers crossed that it works!
-
I have nearly the same exact question and problem! I hope someone can give you (us) some good answers!
-
ughhhh me! 5'2.5 143 and loooking to get to 130! I was 138 before I upped my cals to 1500 and started exercising everyday for the past 2 months almost, now I am up 5.5 lbs?! Annoying to say the least. Very frustrating.
-
Try c25k! Its great!! And its also an APP so u can use it on ur phone!
