I am similar to both of you as well! CW-141 GW-130 I was actually 138 but logged 141 but pretty sure it was water weight from TOM and decided not to get on scale again for a bit!

Log it as circuit training in MFP and it will tell you how many, or download the app caloriesburned and you put in your weight and it will tell u how many calories are burned for all different types of workouts. 30 day shred and the diff levels are all included in there!

I did it and lost weight pretty quickly...It's not really sustainable for me though, however I do try to eat this way during the day with regular dinners. Actually Jackie Warner's dvds are great! Any of them! They consist mostly of strength training and def kick your *kitten*! I think I will go back to hers once I am done the 30ds. It's just that the 30 ds gets so much damn attention on here lol

Yeah my bmr is 1420 and my TDEE-20 is 1364, I just round up and eat 1400 plus what I gain from exercise.

It is your TDEE-20% and thats how you get neat if you set it to desk job with little exercise.
