Tomorrow is the last day of level 2 for me, then on to level 3. When did you really start seeing results? Btw I am right there with you about the bikini body, I am getting married in Nov, and would like to wear a bikini at least on my honeymoon!

My BMR is 1419, my TDEE is 1703 and so my TDEE- 20% is 1363 (all set to sedentary) so thats the measurement I have been going by. I try to eat most of my exercise calories but find it difficult at times, except for the weekends. The weekends I should work out double really.

Yes, my muscles are sore, I just finished day 4 of level 2 yesterday. Not too sore today prob because today is my rest day... I finished TOM on tuesday and also started a different birth control pill on sunday...Wondering if I should go back to 1200 cals but I know I need to give it time, very frustrated though :o/

I was just on lo-loestrin two months ago, and it was fine. Didnt stall my weight loss or anything like other birth control pills. Everything about it was great except for my sudden increase in migraines. That is the only reason I went off of it, otherwise it was great!

Hi! I am getting married Nov. 9 2013! Have ten lbs to lose! Seems so difficult to lose these last 10! Def trying to tone up as well with 30 day shred! While I havent seen any improvement on scale, I feel better and I also feel like I look better, hope I am not imagining it!!

Actually, with the fitbit one you can set your daily burned calories goal. But thats not what I meant. I meant that I set my calorie goal to 1400. But you said that the number of calories burned is the TDEE, so if I eat a deficit of 500 calories from that number, thats fine right?
