Walk and stationary bike will work as well as jogging...........just do it longer. Don't do any shoulder weight lifting, but you can still work the others. I agree........too few calories. Not to mention the baby needs you to eat right now. Breast feeding is never a good time to try and count calories. Eat healthy for the baby, the rest will come in time.

This is mom......cole's sister is not overweight. She just commented that cole looks at her plate when she eats at my house and compares the two. Her sister is lucky that she never had a weight problem and eats like a horse. No one is being negative about the amount of food cole eats. Its all in her head LOL.

My daughter always hated water. all she ever drank is sprite or coke. she started drinking water with lemon in it and got used to it.
