After reading this post, I realised that I eat similar foods everyday too. Although I will chance the fruit frequently . I actually cut up few different types of fruits and make boxes for 3-4 days . I do have cheese or peanut butter everyday as a snack, Lunch is grilled chicken or fish and what ever vegetable is available…

Feel free to add me .Mother of 2 ,one recently went to college.I guess after she left last fall there was a lot of comfort eating , so went from 142 to 165 in few months. Now struggling to get back to 130.
