    Everything is updated for the most part. I ran out of time of going WAY back to get starting weights but I am up to do date on those that have checked in for the first week.

    We are missing a TON of people! Hopefully next week more of those blue spots will go away! This is why I hate to limit the number of people. However, I don't have the time to do a challenge and spreadsheet for 500 people.

    Our biggest losers from week one are as follows:
    tammyandzach 4.4 pounds and 1.91% BW
    liftandcycle 4 pounds and 2.14%BW --- AND zachandtammy 4 pounds and 1.54% BW
    Sittingduck76 3.3 pounds and 1.64% BW

    I eat 2000+ per day but build large deficits (consistently) by doing a lot of exercise and I don't mean going to the gym for 45 mins 3 times a week... Hard work pays dividends, IMHO :p

    Anyway - challenge is this:

    It's spring time and you all need to get outdoors! If you normally do at home DVDs then by all means continue but try to get out and do something in the fresh air at least once this week. It should be something fun that you enjoy or maybe something new that you haven't tried before. Fresh beginnings and a fresh challenge, so get out there and get moving but above all... have fun!!
