  • I mix it up and use both. Some recipes I like to keep the fat down a little like for pre and post workout so I'll use egg whites only. For other meals I love whole eggs. Eggs are good for you there is no reason you can't eat a whole egg unless you are advised by a health profressional to limit your intake.
  • I changed my mac ratios and my calories input and output according to what I have been advised. The only issue I have is...that as soon as I put my calories burnt through exercise it changes all my blood macros, urgh annoying!   • And as for dropping and doing less exercise...I believe exercise is about so much more than just weight loss, there are so many other benefits to exercise, and we shouldn't be exercising just so we can eat more food we should be exercising because it is so damn good for us!!!
