My mac ratios are different from whats given.. is there a way to change the macro nutrient ratios? any other ways to use my fitness pal for bodybuilding type lifestyles.

You can go into "MY HOME", then go to "Goals" to change your macros.

I wish there was, I just tried to have the macro % split to what usually suits most my training days. I think of it as just logging most days and trying to hit my protein needs through tracking. Welcome!0

Hey so I'm obviously not a bodybuilder so I cant help you there but you can change your macro ratios by clicking on goals up the top of your home page, then click change goals, then select custom0

I changed my mac ratios and my calories input and output according to what I have been advised.
The only issue I have is...that as soon as I put my calories burnt through exercise it changes all my blood macros, urgh annoying! I wish there was a way to change the settings so the my calories from exercise don't get added into my total allowances.
Edited to add: I think the whole concept of adding the calories from exercise back into the total allowances is completely wrong, it gives the impression you should be eating all the calories you burn from exercise, isn't that counter productive???0
