OMG, I posted a very similar post bc I wasn't losing and I was running so often and under my calorie goal. MFP friends told me to up my calories to 1500 as my base! IT WORKED, all of a sudden it started melting off. EAT MORE!

I have been doing this for a little over 3 months. I have lost about 10-12lbs but have been stuck at about 151 for a little over 3 weeks. I am taking vitamins everyday.

So eat back my exercise calories and according to "IIFYM calculator" I should be having a base of 1500-1600 calories? Oh, if going up in the amount I eat works I will be SOOO pleased. Thank you everyone :) Love this site! Hope this works.

guys, I take a shower after I work out and I continue to itch during and after the shower. This is like hives. It's not from detergent bc I only work out in a sports bra and shorts.. the parts that itch aren't clothed (bicep area and thighs)... ;(

OMG! thank you for this! Yes, I keep it moisturized. My skin isn't "dry" and i'm drinking plenty of water... This is like an allergic reaction to EXERCISE! I know it sound crazy but it's true! *itch itch itch
