ok so ive been doing 30ds and also ripped in 30 and ive come to realize that i dont wake up sore and i fly thru the workouts. could it be that its just to easy for me? now my hubby has p90x and i was thinking maybe i should start that one slow and ease my way into it since i know its a hell of a workout but i feel that with 30ds and ripped in 30 im not going to get the results i want. i feel as if i need to really push myself and do p90 and commit to it to see the results i want.....any advice???

I've done P90X about 5 times, it sounds like you'll be fine jumping right into it. It's good to ease into any new exercise program but you sound like you are ready. Don't believe all of what people say about how hard it is and that you have to be in shape to do it, it's all crap. You can work out to your level, but also it's not that hard, it's just a good old fashioned workout. The one that will come back to haunt you is Plyometrics. If your legs are not ready for that, and you go full tilt your first time, you WILL be walking funny for a few days lol. Good luck and Bring It!0

thank you...actually i have all leg strength and barely any upper body...lol...i have done the ab ripper and the cryogenics i belive it is and i admit it was tough but i have thought it thru and i believe im ready. i wanna actually do something and commit to it to say i finally finished something and have ppls mouth drop when they see me...lol...imma definelty bring it0 -
