I have over 900 available....and I don't plan on using them!! It all depends on the intensity of your workout for the day, and I would say that what I have leftover fits! I'd say as long as you don't feel like you need to eat them, don't. :)

I'm the opposite, clothes fitting differently and I can see a difference, but the scale hasn't really changed all that much. Probably not as frustrating though.

Well really the best advice is not to have it in your house, but your family will give you a hard time about that I'm sure! :) What I've done for myself when I'm craving something salty or crunchy (that's more my problem than sweets), is I go to almonds or pistachios that are roasted and salted.
