vega makes a bunch of plant based stuff high in protein - protein powders, bars, etc - I love their chocolate protein powder - mix w/ your fave non-dairy milk, a banana, and your favorite nut butter in a smoothie!

meal prep doesn't have to be elaborate - season and bake chicken in the oven (clean the house while you wait) and then add that chicken to salads/rice/etc over the next couple days, hardboil eggs and wash and prep veggies and fruit while you wait, keep babybel or other portioned cheeses in the fridge, make a large batch of…

You are not alone at all. This site is great for support and healthy tips. You can do this!!!

I got off my weight loss stall using cardio, weight training, and changing my macros - with my intake I shoot for 30% fat, 35% protein, 35% carbs (b/c I hate low carb and it makes me feel like garbage). Also weighing and measuring my food made a huge difference - food scale was a must for me. Just make sure your fat intake…

cottage cheese!!! Eat it savoury, sweet, plain - however you like it.
-
A girl at work did it and her hair fell out - so yeah, bad idea!

I totally second the cottage cheese. I eat mine with a bit of fresh berries. I just find that its relatively low cal, fits into my macros, and leaves me satisfied enough to go to sleep (I can't sleep when my stomach is growling).

I was a binge eater too. It's a battle. The first step is admitting and acknowledging it (which you've already done, so yeay!!!). The key for me is to not do a restrictive (food or calories) eating plan. I try and eat around 1450 calories a day while also exercising. I find getting enough protein helps me to stay satiated…

I run and cycle and also do weights - I can tell you that strength training your legs is fine, even beneficial. Just don't over do it and stretch. I do squats, lunges, wall sits and all have helped to make the muscles in my legs stronger and I definitely notice a difference when I run and also a difference in the muscle…

I'm in the same boat... This is the last time I ever see a 2-- on the scale again!!!

I try and make sure I'm eating enough. When I was really restricting my calories I would binge at the end of the day and I gained so much weight doing that. I would eat salad and low fat yogurt all day and then mow down two or three doughnuts from the bakery by my work on the way home!! Now I eat frequently, eat proper…

Yeay!!! Congrats, that is amazing! You can totally do this!!! Onederland, here you come!!!

I like it in my morning shake - add kale to frozen mango, frozen pineapple, coconut water, and vanilla whey protein - its neon green but tastes amazing!

I've never had it but are these the ingredients? This is what I found when I googled it.. Water, Citric Acid, Sodium Hexametaphosphate (to Protect Flavor), Green Tea, Natural Flavor, Ascorbic Acid (to protect flavor), Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Sorbate (preserves freshness), Aspartame, Acesulfame Potassium, Calcium…

Look, we don't need to be mean or attack the OP. Yes, its frustrating when ppl won't take your advice, especially when its good advice that they likely should take. OP, if this is hard for u that's fine, its normal, but the choice is up to you: either you give up or you find a way to make it work and push through it - that…

careful with green tea and milk - some types may curdle the milk

I wish I had pics for you! Unfortunately I was too ashamed to take pics of my before. I can tell you that it is possible. I had it starting on my upper thighs, just above my knees, a couple months of exercise, lots of muscle building in that area, and a good diet and its pretty much unnoticeable. Muscle building and fat…

if you haven't already - maybe try some weight training or switch up your exercise routine - building more muscle may help

Yoga isn't just stretching lol - go do chair pose for 1 min and tell me its just stretching

I think the padding is to conceal the nipples, (sorry for TMI) like when I run my nipples will get super hard after a couple miles and stay that way the duration of the run. I still don't use the pads, they are a pain to put in and take out every time I wash my bra!!!!

calorie tracking and exercise - buy a food scale and weigh and track everything. Don't worry about bulking up - you have to eat and work specifically for that and besides, muscles are lovely!!!

I'm a snacker but I plan my meals and my snacks to fit into my calorie and macro goals. As long as you are getting the right macro's and eating nutritious and not calorie dense foods you should be able to eat throughout the day and not feel hungry b/c feeling constantly hungry is not a sustainable weight loss plan, atleast…

I bought my food scale super cheap on amazon and its amazing and was totally worth it!

I've read that sugar as well as high glycemic foods can have an impact on pcos (making it worse). I was struggling to lose weight for a long time - eating relatively healthy and exercising lots - went to a nutritionist and she pinpointed that I was restricting my diet too much, which would cause me to occasionally binge,…

I can't keep junk in the house or I will eat it all...in one sitting. There have been chocolate cream pies that have disappeared in an evening...there are only two ppl in my household. I put signs on the pie that say things like "don't eat this, you will regret it" in an effort to discourage myself from eating it all and…

I like green tea with a bit of stevia (sweetleaf brand doesn't have much aftertaste, like some other brands). It helps me as a replacement for sweets. Make sure you don't steep it too long or it will get bitter.

I have a pretty go-go-go lifestyle too. I pack my food in an insulated lunch box/cooler and keep snacks in my purse (all weighed/measured/portioned out). I have a slow metabolism and have to be careful what I eat in order to lose the weight I need to and I also try to avoid eating fast food/takeout due to nutrition and…

I love the Bolthouse brand that are made with yogurt. Between 20-25 cal tbsp. and the flavours are awesome. Everything from Ranch to Mango Chipotle, I'm partial to the Salsa Ranch at the moment. Best homemade spicy chicken taco salad ever!
