Search it on google there is a couple of sites that you add your weight and how long you worked and it will give you and estimate then when your done add it to " my exercise"

I put in crystal light 5 cals for a single bottle sleeve. It make the water go down a lot easier

I do water fitness 3 times a week and lost a lot plus it helps tighten up you skin! It's great for the body

I've done this twice now once when I started MFP for a month and lost 15 lbs and the second time was befor Christmas for a month and I lost 3 lbs that time! It's a great idea!

People really started to notice when I lost 35lbs but befor that I think people were a little weary to say anything lol

Im on a low carb diet as well so when I go to subway i get my fav. Sub as a salad! But watch the dressing there the killer!
