  • Today is day 1 of Turbo Fire for me :wink:
  • I started out doing lean and changed my program to classic at week 4 .Week 5 started today... So tomorrow will be my first time doing plyo...Thanks for your reply I am glad to know I am not the only one not burning BIG numbers! I wear my Polar F6 each time I workout. My husband burns so many more calories than I can.
  • What is it that I am doing wrong? I have the Polare F6 and never burn more than 350 doing P90X??!?!?
  • Thanks for all the replys:) I did do before pics and measurements like was suggested. I am very "SORE" so I guess it must be working even if the scale hasn't moved. I did put on a pair of jeans yesterday and they were much looser....Its just weid not to see the scale move!
  • I started with lean..going into week 4 now. I am planning on moving into classic on week 5 with phase 2. I am NOT seeing my scale move at all?!?!?!? iI anyone else having this problem?

  • TONS of snow here too! I have a treadmill...I miss being able to run outside. Running on the treadmill seems to take so much longer. Today is the start of week #3...core synergistics

  • My legs are killing me!!! Today is shoulders & arms with ab ripperx. I am back on my 12 hour night shifts at the hospital tonight and tomorrow. I will need to get up early tomorrow to fit yoga in.

  • I just finished wk 1 of the lean program for P90X yesterday. So far I love it and have dropped 4 lbs :)
  • You look GREAT ;) I just finished week one of P90X, I am doing lean too. I dropped 4 lbs. this week. I have been using MFP to log all my food and workouts plus I been trying to get everything to 0 daily. Do go over on my protein due to MFP being set low.
  • My husband and I just finished week 1 of P90X, we LOVE it!!!! It's not easy but I know its going to be so worth it:) MOTIVATION is the key :)
