Hi I am wondering what setting people are using on the Polar F6..... Hard, Moderate, Light or Basic.? I am doing P90X ...I was running before and had it set to moderate. Thanks for any advice you might have :)

I keep going way over on my protein. By lunch I only have 8 left for the day! What am I doing wrong? I alway have calories left and fats, that I can't use up. Thanks
