Polar F6 question

Hi

I am wondering what setting people are using on the Polar F6..... Hard, Moderate, Light or Basic.? I am doing P90X ...I was running before and had it set to moderate. Thanks for any advice you might have :)

    Basically, all that means is to set your target heart rate area. If you want your heart rate to be higher, set it to hard, lower set it to light. That's all that is to it. :) Either mode, no matter where your heart rate goes (up or down), it'll track the calories burned the same.
