Well tonight will be l1- day 3 for me I am alternating days with the C25K on my treadmill and the 30 day shred. Hoping it will give me the endurance I need to finish this level 1 with out any struggling and move on to level 2

Last night I started all over I did week 1 of the C25K and it was a breeze. I am actually doing each week for 4 days instead of 3 and I am alternating it with the 30 day shred DVD- by Jillian Micheal. So today is my rest day from the C25K but I will be doing my DVD... :laugh: Everyone have a good day.

Day 2 completed and did the full 20 minutes.. yay had to take a couple of 5 second breaks but it is just the beginning and once I get active I will get better. I will so sign up for this challenge. Over the summer I was at week three and then school started and I stopped. But I want to start it back up and I am going to start from week 1 and work my way to week 9 that will give me something to do on my off days from Jillian Micheals 30 day shred.

I started last night... well lets say tried I only made it throught the 2 circuit up to the abs, OMG.... I am going to keep trying until I get it. Question how do you guys track this in your exercise journal?

I love it I use ground turkey for every thing spaghetti, meatloaf, taco meat anything you would need ground beef for and it is delicious

I lost 2 pounds since last Friday....... I am so proud that I am stay focus and making sure I log on and track my food and water intake. My next week goal is to get 4 days of 30 min workout.
