When I make things like smoothies, coffees, or shakes I use the powdered peanut butter. Sometimes a girl just needs the real thing though and that's when I break out the good stuff. I haven't quite found a 'favorite' brand yet but as long as the only ingredient is PEANUTS I think you'll be good!:)

I had GREAT success on it! I got to a point where I was always hungry on my 1200 calories and day +exercise cals. I finally decided I needed to eat more (but also healthier!) I stopped counting and ate when I needed to and lost my last bit of weight to hit my ultimate goal weight:) edit: I'm 5 foot!

Definitely eat more! I felt exactly the same but was afraid to change my calorie goal so I stopped counting for a tad, ate when I needed, and supplemented more veggies, fruits, healthy proteins. My plateau broke in an instant!:)
