Pumpkin French Toast Recipes?

Tomorrow I was planning on making breakfast for my boy's birthday and have a ton of pumpkin so I started getting ideas but I'd love to know if others have experimented and could help me find an awesome recipe. Something simple since it will be a pretty hectic morning. Thanks!

ive seen tons of recipes for pumpkin bread and pumpkin muffins, but not really pumpkin french toast.
Look it up in the forums and or look at the threads about recipe sites and search them. thats my best advice!0
